Attending Get Free

  • No, to accommodate all dietary requirements and accessibility needs, attendees are required to register online before the deadline on April 5th.

  • Yes, the convening will take place at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans and it is recommended that attendees lodge there.

  • The agenda will be on our itinerary page when it is available.

Accessibility at get free

  • Yes, be sure to complete the childcare sections of your registration to reserve space for your child(ren). Reach out to us at registration@blackfeministfuture.org if you have any questions.

Staying Safe at Get Free 

  • Masks are optional and not required for entry at Get Free.

  • Attendees must take a self-administered antigen test each day before convening with other attendees. Test results must be uploaded daily with a timestamped image via the Jotform link provided in the Whova app before entering the convening.

  • Antigen tests and hand sanitizers will be provided in your registration kit. Attendees are encouraged to refrain from entering the space if exhibiting a fever or any signs of illness.
